I am sure you are correct, but the forms are listed under the tax-exempt section of the forms. Maybe they tax-exempt the state tax only. Also 2 of the Arizona based clubs that I sent the links to say that they have the Federal Tax Exempt status or is applying for it in the case of EVAC.
