I don't think we need to raise the dues or start collecting event fees, =
but
if enough folks think that this waiver will honestly help, I am for it.  =
If
the insurance, which Kimball Corson said is "strong", by itself is =
enough,
then that will be OK also.

It is just the logistics of the waiver signing that I think are the =
problem,
and I just plain don't have a way to take that on and fix it.

With that said, I have signed a contract to write an article for =
Astronomy
magazine and it is due next Monday.  With that in mind, I might be at =
the
ATM meeting and definitely will not be at the board meeting.
