Please don't shun suggestions. I have offered to help. So far my 
offers of help have been put down or ignored. Rather than tuning out 
suggestions, I suggest they at least be considered.

I maintain over a dozen web sites. While they take some time, it 
really is pretty easy. I'd be happy to help with or even take over 
the SAC site.
