[sac-board] Re: SAC 7.2 request

All the SAC databases are in public domain and, hence, are usable by folks such 
as Elwood.  They can be used and distributed by uses of the database as long as 
they don't charge for the data, charging for copying
to media and shipping is permitted.  This follows classical public domain 
criteria.
