[sac-board] SAC 2003 Budget - First Run

The two URLs below are for a first attempt at the 2003 budget for SAC.
They are two pages because Gnumeric wanted to apply the same pages
settings to both sheets.
The second page tracks the expenses of the newsletter this year. The
entries for January and February are blanks because SAC did not pay for
them. Who did is unknown.
Please take a look at the values given for 2003 and let me know how you
feel about them. Am I missing anything? The awards budget has been
increased predominately because of the Messier marathon, which has all 110
objects viewable so more participants from SAC are likely.
To make these additional expenses, it looks like SAC will need 10 to 16
additional members next year (assuming everybody renews, we're at 37%).

The plan is to have this ready for the January general meeting (with
possibly including it in the January newsletter).
