In prelude to mailing out a letter asking people to renew their
memberships, I sent out 3 E-mail messages with the SAC Membership Services
Form attached. I sent out a somewhat different versions of a letter to
each of Newsletter-Only, Individual, and Family Memberships.
The Announcement in SAC-Announce last week generated no mail in my
mailbox. I hope the direct method of reminding each person that their
membership has expired with have better effect.
I'm planning on sending the hard-copy version about 10 days prior to the
next meeting (this is next week).
The E-mail likely went to less than half of those who have not renewed (I
didn't count how many had E-mail addresses, so I don't know). So far, I
have not received any returns due to invalid addresses.
