[sac-board] Reimbursement Deadline

Those of you who have receipts for purchases made for SAC, please turn
them in to me ASAP.  I planning on closing the books for 2002 shortly
after the first of the year and I need to know all 2002 expenditures in
hand by the end of 2002.

My plan is to have the 2003 budget ready for the January board meeting and
the subsequent general meeting for discussing (with a comparison with the
2002 budget and actual expenditures) and for voting on.

If for some reason our paths don't cross either at the meeting this
Friday, or at the SAC party, please let me know prior to the end of
December (specifically, how much and for what).  Failure to do this will
mean that approval for the reimbursement of funds will have to come from
the board to add it to the 2003 budget.

This is mostly a reminder for those working on the newsletter, but will
also include the funds spent on the Christmas party and anyone else who
might spent money for SAC.
