[sac-board] Re: Reach 11

OK, here's the deal; some how or other I got into the thick of this and
decided to call REACH 11 to settle on another date.

I just finished speaking with them and we have decided upon Saturday,
October 27th, same place (no horse shows this date), same time
(6:00pm).  Hopefully this doesn't interfere with other SAC plans;
actually it is good to have an organization with a lot going on as it
keeps everyone's attention.

This gives us time to announce and document the change for two meetings;
September and October as the event is the day after.  We'll also have a
lot to talk about from the extra circular activities; like NASP.

Hopefully we can have the SAC signs out for all to find the site.

Any problems or concerns I know you will kindly and graciously state
them,
