[sac-board] Proposed amendment(s)

Paul Dickson is doing a good job at getting the effort started on this 
important issue.  He is correct in stating I suggested these issues need 
to be in a separate section of the Bylaws, mainly to make the update or 
revision easier to understand.
I have done a quick review of what has been posted so far, and would say 
it is a good starting point, with some glaring typos and grammatical 
goofs remaining to be wordsmithed, obviously done quickly so we can get 
working on it.  I expect there will be some healthy discussion of some 
of the points.
Paul, take a look at the existing section on the club aims....
I agree that the whole thing (when more mature) needs to be reviewed "by 
our attorney" before being presented to the membership for voting.
Thanks to Rick and Andrew for making some valuable additional 
suggestions (so far).  I also suggested to Paul that he look over the 
Release Form provided by RTMC.  (Look on the back of the RTMC parking 
permit -- FYI, I helped write that.)  And there are likely other models 
to draw from.
