[sac-board] Possible 2003 SAC Schedule

I will need the meeting dates by October so I decided to create a
preliminary SAC schedule for 2003.

Due to this message's length when replying, please hack out the parts not
not relevant to your reply.

My comments:

The Messier Marathon, if scheduled for March 29th, will have no moon
visible and all 110 objects available (weather permitting).

The Sentinel-Schwaar Star Gaze looks like May 3rd.  This will give 55
minutes with the moon up, although Friday night will only have 7 minutes. 
We can move the date back into April if SAC drops its regular star party.

The May Deep-Sky meeting was pushed back a week so it occurs after
Memorial Day and not interfere with RTMC.  The regular club star party was
regarded as not needing moving.

I'm not really sure when the Grand Canyon Star Party will take place.
There a Full Moon in the middle of July!  The best dates look like the
first and last weeks (the first week starts Sat, May 31st, and the last
week risks the Monsoon starting).

The August dates are a little difficult to schedule.  We might want to
push back the meeting and/or star party to get more than 1.5 hours of dark
time at the star party.

        SS = Sunset     MS = Moon set
        SR = Sunrise    MR = Moon rise
        TE = Twilight Ends (Sun dip 15 degrees)
        TB = Twilight Begins

The sun dip of 15 degrees gives a good point for visual dark.  There is no
discernable difference in darkness between this point and Astronomical
Twilight (sun dip 18 degrees).  This is base on my observations and
comments from Brian Skiff.
