Please attach whining about using waivers here.  Hiding it among messages
about the constitution amendment helps no one.

BTW - I believe AJ has stated:  No waiver - No marathon.

It's his neck he's putting on the line for the club.  And the waiver is a
small price to pay for having the marathon.
