[sac-board] Re: Pierre's estate

Now Stan responded to the Board List only and Sam answered to all but the
board. I don't know who is on what list, so I'll put the Board back on. I'll
take Pegsi off because she must be getting two messages every time. Gene
probably is too, but I don't see his name there anymore.

Let's search our memories some more, Sam. I recall I made only TWO trips over
there to pick stuff up, both alone, one to pick up the stuff Fabienne wanted to
donate to the Club, and a second to pick up the tubes, which I considered were
also for the Club (and not me even if they were free, no thanks). I got the
blanks on the first trip of course, which Fabienne put on the floor in the
front of the truck for safest travel. She was a real horse and loaded most of
it herself and organized it all so it would all fit. The binochair was in four
parts and was a real pain. The family was there both times, but you were
present neither time.

I do remember seeing you briefly there once but I'm not sure when and remember
you pointing out large equipment by the shed you were going to take and saying
you thought the proceeds should go to the AIDS Foundation or somesuch. Do you
remember that?

Jack

i distinctly remember how odd it was to remove these 14.5 inch pieces of
glass which i had just placed in a box. also distinctly remember it was
because someone said they "thought they were owned by people in SAC." so i
said, by all means, if you find the owners, great. if not, they should come
back to me to be disposed of as the family agreed.

at this point, i'm not trying to get the mirrors back, only make it clear
they were taken by someone in under the pretext that they would be given to
the owners. they were NOT donated to SAC.

IMO, the mirrors should be sold and the proceeds combined with the other
money i am holding for the fund the family agreed to. but, the "schwaar
scholarship fund" does NOT exist. it was proposed by peggy, agreed to by
the family in concept, but it has NOT been created to this day. mr schwaar
insisted the fund be formally set up to insure they would be used as
envisioned by peggy. hasn't happened, although peggy HAS been trying.
