I thought there WAS a scholarship fund already. It is administered by Peggy 
Kain and is separate from SAC general funds. Is this not the case? We already 
had a candidate selected for a $500(?) scholarship for college textbooks. He 
hadn't yet fulfilled our conditions and so has not as yet been awarded anything.

Hmmm, I think we should talk to Fabienne. The blanks she gave me were wrapped 
in newspaper. Jennifer was not present at the time I came over after Fabienne 
called me and I had no dealings with you. Maybe you have the people confused 
and not the blanks. I distinctly remember never having claimed to you or anyone 
else of knowing any "specific owners in SAC". I would know who these people 
were, in the first place, and in the second place, how would I know anything at 
all about the blanks? Everyone in the club knows we have had these all along, 
why hasn't anyone spoken up wanting to know where there daggone mirror is? 
There should be two people wondering where their mirror is. Just not logical. 
You may have been there earlier but were not around when I went over that 
evening. It's not a controversy to me but it is a mystery why we remember two 
different things.

the ones i am "thinking of" were the ones i packed in a box, then pulled
out when jack and/or jenn (they were both there that day) claimed they
belonged to people in SAC (even though fabienne said she had located all
owners through pierre's ledger). they may be finished mirrors - i only had
one glance at them (fabienne turned over many finished mirrors to me to
dispose of, mostly 10 inch and under).  

there clearly IS controversy on how SAC acquired these! they went with jack
and/or jenn to supposedly find their owners, NOT as SAC properties. i
clearly remember how they were "turned over" to SAC - as property of
specific SAC members.

anyway, i would be happy if you could figure out if the scholarship fund is
going to happen. then i'm done out of this mess. ........sam
