[sac-board] Re: Out of town speaker pay.

Out of town speaker pay has been 100 dollars for several years.  I don't
remember who originally brought it up, but we thought it was a good idea to
establish two different levels of payment depending on travel distance.  Gas
prices being what they are, I think it is a good policy.  Please send Joe a
check for the additional 50 dollars when you get a moment to do so.
