It is a small country in Western Africa. Even better than the name of the 
country is it's capital; Ouagadoudou (oh wa ga doo doo). My colleages in the 
International Transport dept at work had many a good laugh and inside joke 
with this.

I imagine they have pretty dark skies, but Rick's rule of revolution would 
have to take precedence. For the record the rule reads as follows: The odds 
of Rick traveling somewhere is inversely proportional to the amount of 
revolution that takes place there. This effectivly rules out almost all of 
Africa, South America and a good part of Central  Asia.
