[sac-board] Re: Observing Awards

After having posted the original request and having given some thought to the 
posted comments, it appears this is not as good an idea as first thought.

I'm just afraid that hidden problems can arise that won't go away easily.  Like 
observation that are completely wrong, which the observer belives to be correct 
. . .no being completely honest about
observations.  There are probably others if time is given to this topic.

As a result, I have decided that it would be better to not offer awards to 
others - yes I know it was my suggestion in the first place.

I know that having changed my mind will confuse many, but I wanted ideas an 
opinions to help me decided.  And help it did, thanks for opening my eyes - 
even if only a little!
