[sac-board] Re: Observing Awards

Obviously I would inquires to you.
I am wondering, in case someone asks, what amount was finally determined for 
non-members.

Jack, I am not sure where
 "plaque (or certificate) for completing"
is located. I am looking on this page

I understand that printed doc's may be different as AJ and I re-wrote and 
posted this page a few month's ago. If this is the case, may I suggest changing 
the third paragraph of this page to read as follows:

To receive an award for completing a program, marathons excluded, all entries 
must be recorded and turned in to the Deep Sky Chairman by an active member of 
the club ($xx for non-members).
