Looks like normal weather since October:
WEATHER ITEM OBSERVED TIME RECORD YEAR NORMAL DEPARTURE LAST
VALUE (LST) VALUE VALUE FROM YEAR
NORMAL
..................................................................
PRECIPITATION (IN)
YESTERDAY 0.02 0.36 1966 0.02 0.00 0.00
MONTH TO DATE 0.18 0.17 0.01 T
SINCE OCT 1 0.96 0.96 0.00 0.21
SINCE JAN 1 6.08 6.81 -0.73 5.98
Some slightly good news:
MEDIUM RANGE MODELS ARE IN GOOD AGREEMENT ABOUT THE NEXT PACIFIC LOW
THAT IS SLATED TO MOVE INTO THE STATE LATER THURSDAY NIGHT...THEN
MOVE ACROSS AZ FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY FOR ANOTHER CHANCE FOR SHOWERS.
ACTUALLY...THIS DOES NOT LOOK TO BE A REALLY WET SYSTEM...AND MOST
OF THE MODEL QPF/MOISTURE STAYS IN NRN AZ...THUS OUR POPS WILL ONLY
BE IN THE SLIGHT CHANCE CATEGORY WITH THIS NEXT LOW.
So I guess we need to stay lerts.
