[sac-board] November meeting speaker

Hi SAC board;

I have a modest problem that I hope one of you can solve.  I promised Diane 
that I would be the backup speaker for the Nov. meeting and I have not 
committed to another activity.  So, my question is:  can someone be prepared 
with a talk that could be given if the main speaker that Diane is trying to 
line up does not show?

Also, I am planning on running for Vice President for next year.  So, I give my 
consent to be elected in absentia.  In the rare possibility that we have an 
actual election, let me know the result.
