Rick,
I can work with just about any file format, so PDF is fine. I can
certainly bring some proofs to the next meeting.
They would most likely be produced at 1200 dpi (monochrome). Color is
possible, but that would have the unwanted effect of encouraging folks
to request a printed (versus electronic) copy.
The imposition required to produce a signature booklet dictates that the
document have a total page count equally divisible by 4 (i.e. 4, 8, 12,
16, 20, 24...60).
