Nevertheless, this is the Board List, where occaisionally we will discuss issues at length or until all parts of the issues are clear and all questions have been answered sufficiently. That is how things get improved and new ideas can surface. Excuse the repetition of answers. I am sorry that happened, perhaps I wasn't being clear in what I really wanted to know, and it was misinterpreted as my not getting points that were established in the very first emails.
