Since I use a Hotmail account for my newsletter, and my total space allowed is only 2 mb, I vote for a smaller file. As it sits, unless my mailbox is empty, or nearly so, I can't receive the newsletter. I had this one sent to my mailbox at work, but they kinda frown on that. I won't even get into how slow my connection is, out here in the boonies. Put me down for smaller file size.
