[sac-board] New Flatiron Info

Board,

A decision and announcement should be made on this unfortunate turn of events, 
one way or the other, and newsletter updated.

land and has been annexed into the city of Buckeye. This is owned by
Douglas Ranch El Dorado LLC.   If we want to continue to use this site
we should obtain permission from them.

   Steve, AJ and Tom have been looking into other sites on the west side
and have found some very good alternatives.
