I have created a repository at ftp://www.saguaroastro.org for retention of 
library items.

Currently I have placed the Constitution, 2007 Schedule, and Membership 
Services Form at this location. However, the originals should also be stored at 
this location as the PDF format is non-editable by most people.

If you would like access to this folder, just drop me a request (outside this 
board) and I will send you the logon information.
