[sac-board] Re: New Duty for the Secretary (A Proposal)

Hi--I'm sorry, Paul--I guess that I wasn't aware of the extra secretarial 
responsibilities as far as being the custodian of all offical legal 
documents and records.  I'm not sure that I ever received any past documents 
or records in the last two years.  As Treasurer, you have been great in 
keeping track of payments made for the rental, insurance, speakers, etc..
As far as adding the management (electronically or otherwise) of handouts 
(or other un-official documents) to the secretary, it really would have been 
better to have brought this up before Jennifer agreed to take on the 
position.  Luckily, most of the observing sites already have been published 
in the newsletter and are already on the website.
