Almost sounds like you need to create the position of club "Librarian" =
to maintain all SAC publications, handouts, club owned atlases and =
books, etc..

Doesn't SAC have an ftp site where the Web site resides?  It seems like =
it would be easy for the author of a handout to send it to this site by =
anonymous ftp rather than putting it in the hands of a central point of =
contact.

If she wishes, I will let Jennifer comment on the concept of balancing  =
tasks by loading up the Secretary with more tasks.
