[sac-board] New Address for SAC-Board

Please note the change of the E-mail address for SAC-Board:

        sac-board@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

The instructions for subscribing and unsubscribe are still the same but
you now used the address: sac-board-request instead.  (Of course, if you
receive this message, you are already subscribed).

You can also access the list via the web at:
