[sac-board] Re: Mt. Graham Dates

Jack, the July 28th date, being 1 day past first quarter moon shouldn't
cause a problem for those who will attend.

The September 8th date is just two days before third quarter moon
shouldn't be a problem with only about two hours between twilight and
moon rise.
