[sac-board] Re: More Web Site Stuff (What's Up Columns)

Paul, the first style sheet displays white text on a black backgound whereas
the second displays black text on a black background.  In short, the first is
readable and the second isn't

BTW and FYI, I'm using Netscape 4.73.
