[sac-board] More Web Site Stuff (What's Up Columns)

I've been playing with style sheets. Take a look at:

This has two style sheet's I created: "Paul's Style" and "Printer Style".
There will be one more style, which is the basic style (I think this is
also the one shown if style sheets aren't support by the browser).
Compare that page with the original:

I did some additional paragraph breaks, but I was unsure about which
object owned the line before the Abell object. Perhaps Steve can answer
this?
Notes: My Netscape 4.78 can't choose the style sheet, but it appears to
use "Printer Style" (black text on white background, with the correct
indentation), no matter which order the styles are referenced. Mozilla
1.1 will use the first style sheet defined (which is yellow text on a
black background). The "basic" style is white text on a black ground, but
with no indentations.
