[sac-board] Membership Question

Is Ken Sikes a SAC member in good standing? Reason for asking is he
found 107 objects during the Marathon and that is good enough for a
first place plaque.
I'd like to do the ordering tomorrow so if someone can answer tonight
I'd appreciate that.
He was a member on the lists from last year - but that is last year.
