[sac-board] Meeting Room Rent Renewal

I though of this both a half hour before and again a half hour after the
board meeting last month, but it completely slipped my mind during the
meeting.

The September meeting is the last meeting we've for.  Prior to the October
meeting (and the October board meeting) we need to renew pay up on our
rent.  I'm planning on paying for an additional 6 months.  This will be
October, November, January, February, March, and April.  This was the big
reason I generated SAC's 2003 calendar.

So unless I hear objections, I'm proceeding with this plan in the next
couple of weeks.

If the price for the room has changed significantly, I'll at least pay for
October and November and report back.
