Subject: [sac-board] Meeting Dates for January and February of 2017
As has become the tradition for outgoing Vice Presidents, I will be scheduling
speakers for the first two months of 2017. I have selected January 13 and
February 10. Since the Full Moon falls very close to these Fridays, these are
no-brainer dates that do not warrant any further discussion. We can sort out
the dates for the March through December later.
I will use this opportunity to add that my attendance at future SAC meetings
will be spotty, so I will not be running for any office in 2017. Perhaps more
importantly, I will be relinquishing my position as the de facto audio-visual
person who brings the laptop. Obviously, this is not an elected position, but
somebody's gotta do it. In the not-too-unlikely circumstance that SAC cannot
find a VP for 2017, I will continue on in that role through the first two
months of 2017.
