I just noticed how incorrect the first paragraph of the January meeting
minutes is.
As I remember it:
Jack Jones was out of the state for this meeting. Peggy Kain (our
Treasurer) opened the meeting and took nominations for President. David
Fredericksen was nominated, and upon the closing of those nominations,
was elected President of the club. Peggy then turned the meeting over
David, who continued with the nominations and the rest of the meeting.
This was probably details that did not get written down, but were assumed
from memory. Aaron included me in the minutes E-mail he sent to Rick, but
I didn't give it much more than a glance at that time (Feb. 18).
I still thank Aaron for writing up the minutes.
