[sac-board] Marathon biz

There's been some activity this week about the marathon that I think you 
should be informed.
Jack Jones and I received the e-mail message below from a vendor wanting 
to setup at the marathon.  Since we've already had vendors this didn't 
seem to be a bad idea, so I checked their web site and it displayed 
T-shirts.

Not having heard anything about them being sold I decided to check with 
Jack and EVAC, just to be certain.  As expected Jack said no.

Peter Argenziano, EVAC prez, checked with their board.  After a few days 
he got back to me with the basic no answer.  While I have no problem 
with Peter checking with the EVAC board I think that the SAC board 
should also be made aware of these goings ons.

I tried their web site last night and got no response, but they are up 
today.  So if you would like check them out . . .

I will, probably, let them know next week about setting up at the 
marathon.  So far I don't see any reason to stop them.

We are a local Phoenix Company that is interested in attending your 
marathon as a vendor.  What do I need to know before attending? 
 
In addition, can you tell me about how many people you expect to attend 
during the two days?
