The Membership Services Form is botched in several ways.  I had a phone
call from Derald Nye (hard-copies actually went out before the E-mail
announcement) about where he should send his renewal.  There is no
address for "SAC Treasurer".

1) The magnetic clasp nametag and Astronomy Magazine are also missing.

2) Phone number and E-mail address is no longer on the form either.

It seems that the line spacing was changed and these items moved outside
their respective boxes and were clipped.

Rick, do you want to regenerate the January newsletter?
