Hello Board and interested parties,

Is there any reason to get the most recent policy into Mr. Corson's 
hands prior to
paying this?  I would think that we could always change it as needed.
Do we need to hold a vote, or do we just pay it?

Speaking of such, are there any plans in place to forward a copy to Mr. 
Corson?
I know that Al was getting a copy made.....
