To major problems with incorporating, (1) rewriting the constitution and
(2) money.  The biggest would be (1).  Our current constitution is not
appropriate for incorporating.

If we believe obtaining signed releases is a pain, maintaining our
incorporation is also going to fall flat too.  And incorporating won't
help us if it comes to trial.

What might help is incorporating the Arizona Messier Marathon as a entity
separate from SAC.
