Hey All, (Sorry if this comes through twice....)

As per my longing to get someone to speak who knows about the weather, I
have managed to contact Mr. Vasquez.  As you can see below, he gave me
another contact that might be more appropriate for us.  What needs to be
done for us to get this speaker on the list?
