I have to agree with Rick.  It's too much like "tattling".  I'd just 
make a SAC Announce statement to
the effect that there is a good portion of the club that has not 
renewed, and if you are one of them, please see
me (i.e., Paul) during the meeting.  People don't need to be scolded to 
know they haven't renewed.....myself included.
