Tom, & Board,
I've been waiting to see what we found out locally before posing the question 
to this group. I figured it would be best to put forward what we have found 
out and see if anyone has any input based on that. Seems like we're getting a 
decent enough amount of info that I'll bring it up.

BTW, Al, Per your response, I take it our Insurance agent indicates that we 
ARE covered for the MM without any additional coverage? If so it sounds like a 
moot discussion, I'd be interested in a rehash of what we are specifically 
covered for. Also, As Thad indicated, how liable are board members? I think we 
need to consider protecting those who volunteer their time & effort for the 
good 
of the club. 

Perhaps a few What If scenarios to pose to Mr. Insurance agent???
