And how would this be different from having the meetings on say the last
Thursday of the month?  We'd be scheduling around holiday's here too.

The point I trying to make is that the full moon Friday's are fixed. Just
that we can be a bit more flexible when the full moon falls in the period
from late Monday to late Tuesday.
