I've found my copy of Wally's "Astro Class Classics" booklet via Gene -

someone of us needs to find out how to contact Wally's heirs.

Andrew, the other problem is that the original documents were Xerox
copies, not very good quality. Wally made some very nice drawings and
finder charts for all the objects, and he had some additional pointers
on observing. But it would be a major job to "update" that, especially
in light of all of the other publications that are now available. That
was produced at a time when there were not so many observing guides as
there are today.

As far as putting it on the web, permission would be up to his
children. I feel it is pretty much of only "historic" interest at this
point.
