That's a good note, because we don't want to make any assumptions here.
If there is a larger space further down that's been OK'd for use by all
concerned then fine. But if this goes ahead in our space with no notice
or precaution, Jolly Rancher will certainly lose most of the herd and
will be livid - prob spell the end of that site.
