Why yes Jeff it is--you are so astute in your observation!  Perhaps just =
maybe that could be the reason for the Science Center commissioning Dr. =
Laurie Leshin http://geology.asu.edu/people/faculty/leshin/ to make the =
lecture and maybe even why their planetarium show is called "Deep =
Impact: Cosmic Collisions".

Apologies for the rant--So, please if you are not able to get out of =
town to view the comet, especially if you are unable to drive up to =
Dewey for Stan's Pot Luck star party (Thank you so very much for having =
this Stan.)And for whatever other reasons I sincerely apologize for not =
prefacing here on the SAC-board SAC-announce, please I beg of you, if =
you are in town, come set up for the public in Downtown Phoenix and =
while you're at it catch a comet show and lecture.  I promise you =
whatever you show anyone from a telescope in downtown will absolutely =
make your trip worthwhile.
