Yes, and I apologize to Jennifer for singling out her message, but the
message is a very extreme example (and one she's not entirely to blame
for creating) of blindly using the Microsoft templates.

I had to put limits on AZ-Observing to prevent people from attaching 5
line replies to 400 lines of echoed material (which is already part of
the list) and 10 copies of the footer.  Otherwise, that list would have
needlessly lengthy messages, which as you said, which would get put on
the back burner.
