[sac-board] Distributing the SAC Roster

For members with E-mail addresses, the roster will go out that way.

For hard-copy, it would be a bit different:  Three (3) print jobs, 1) I
provide the roster PDF and Jack would take that and the newsletter PDF and
print enough copies just for members, 2) for the complementary newsletters
and extras (and newletter only?), only the newletter PDF is printed.  And
finally about 20 extra copies are print (double-sided) for Al to
distribute to new members and others.

The roster is a single page, double-sided.

I suggest the above method since apparently, the newsletter is folded and
stapled at the copy shop.  If the folding and stapling is done by Rick,
then the roster could be folded into newsletter as needed.

If Al can send me an updated database from tonight's meeting, I can
generate a new roster with an hour (assuming I didn't break the program
generating the database-correction letter).
