Just as a thought, it would not be too difficult to have a couple of 
versions for download. While many like .pdfs, many don't (me 
included). Why not have a plain text version in addition to the .pdf, 
no images. Download time even with the slowest connect would be 
seconds.

Personally I think you should go 100% digital for the newsletter. It 
would save considerable money and dues could even be reduced.
