[sac-board] Date and place for Spring Public Viewing

Howdy board;
 
I was just wondering if we know the date and location for the March or
April Public Viewing session?  I just thought that if we could start to
announce it during the next couple of months, then we might be able to
build up some enthusiasm and observers for it.  If we pick the middle of
March (19?), then both Saturn and Jupiter should be available as the
evening progresses.
