[sac-board] Computed Calendar Dates

I created some Javascript/ECMAScript routines for printing the date of
SAC's next meeting as well as creating a table of 12 meeting dates.

Naturally, when Stan looked at it with his browser it did not work.

I've made a fix to that code and I'd like a wider sample as to whether the
code works.  You'll find it here:

Above the horizontal line, there should be the date of the next meeting:
"October 18".  Below the line should be a table with meeting dates for the
last half of 2002 and the first half of 2003.

Please send me a message DIRECTLY if this works, or describe what was
printed if wrong.  In either case, please include the brower and version
numbers.

Obviously, you need to enable Javascript for this to work.
